Sweetwater Golf & Country Club is conveniently located near Wekiwa Springs State Park, north-west of Orlando in Apopka. There are many homes along the golf course.

The 18-hole Highlands Course is a 6,771-yard, par 72 championship layout designed to challenge every skill level - and use every club in the bag - while providing the kind of fun and entertainment many Central Florida golf courses overlook. Hole #16 is one of the longest par fives in the southeast - the "Loch Ness Monster," a 625-yard, tree-lined hole that double-doglegs around a beautiful lake.
